Orange Shirt Day: On Tuesday, September 29, students and staff are invited to wear orange in recognition of Orange Shirt Day and the message Every Child Matters.
Wednesday, September 30: There will be no school in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Mi’kmaw History Month: Mi’kmaw History Month begins Thursday, October 1.
Lunch Monitors Needed: We are looking for additional lunch monitors to help supervise students during the lunch hour. Interested families can contact the school office for more information.
Electronic Devices: Families are reminded that personal electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets and gaming devices, should remain at home. If a device is brought to school, it will be kept at the office until a parent or guardian can collect it.
PTO and Halloween Howl: Our PTO is busy preparing for the Halloween Howl and other fundraising activities. We will be looking for volunteers and donations as these events approach.
