Hello PLES Families,

Here are some important updates and reminders as we head into the next week of school.

Staff and School Updates

We'd like to extend a warm welcome to our new Vice Principal, Kelly Hart! She brings a wealth of teaching experience and is eager to support our students, families, and staff.

To ensure a safe learning environment, we've adjusted our lunch routine. Students now eat in classrooms and go outside together for lunch recess, which has improved supervision and built a stronger sense of community. We are also implementing our new behavior matrix, a document developed with staff and the School Advisory Council (SAC) to outline expected behavior in classrooms and hallways. You can find this document attached and on our website.
